Legislators took steps to avoid controversy

It may be noted that the Rajasthan High Court had on December 6 issued a notice to state Assembly Speaker CP Joshi on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Deputy Leader of the Opposition Rajendra Rathore, alleging inaction in taking a decision on the resignations submitted by 91 Congress MLAs before him. was accused of. The court has given Joshi three weeks to file a reply. After the notice issued to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, the matter related to mass resignation is to be heard in the High Court on January 2.

Who gave an application in the assembly to withdraw his resignation. Everyone has written only one line in this letter that they are voluntarily withdrawing their resignation. Earlier also when Congress MLAs had resigned, even then only one line resignation was written. He told that he is resigning voluntarily.
On this episode, the party’s chief whip Mahesh Joshi said that I have come to know that the MLAs are withdrawing their resignations. It is between the MLAs and the Speaker. He further said that if everyone is taking back (his resignation) then I am also one of them.
